Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of this Terms of Service ("Agreement") is to establish the basic matters related to the terms and operation of the services provided by "Duck Place" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

Article 2 Definitions

• Member: A user who enters into a site usage agreement and utilizes the service.
• Service Agreement: An agreement regarding the use of the site.
• ID: A unique combination of letters and numbers for identifying members and using services.
• Password: A combination of letters and numbers for the protection of member rights.
• Operator: The entity responsible for operating the site.
• Termination: The act of terminating the service agreement by the member.

Article 3 Supplementary Provisions

The operator may announce separate operational policies as necessary, and in the event of duplication between the terms and operational policies, the operational policies shall take precedence.

Article 4 Conclusion of Service Agreement

The service agreement is established upon the approval of the operator after member registration. By registering as a member, it is deemed that you agree to these terms.
